Durante el 2024, más de 1400 jóvenes participaron de nuestro diferentes programas y trabajaron en la construcción de su proyecto de vida.
El 91% finalizó el Programa Educativo.
El 51% se encuentra trabajando actualmente
El 31% se inició en Prácticas Sustentables.
Nuestra propuesta durante el año se basó en nuestros tres ejes de trabajo principales:
Educación, donde a trevés de la implementación de nuestro Programa Educativo acompañamos a los jóvenes de los últimos dos años del secundario para que finalicen sus estudios y amplíen sus herramientas de autoconomiento.
Empleo, el área que trabaja por la inclusión de los jovenes egresados de nuestros programas en el mundo laboral . Cuenta con un Programa de Becas de estudios superiores, paraquienes quieran estudiar en la universidad; Programa de Capacitaciones laborales para formar a los jóvenes en temáticas del mundo laboral actual y un Programa de Empleo donde se genera un nexo entre las empresas que buscan candidatos y los jóvenes Reciduca.
Sustentabilidad, el área que busca despertar la conciencia y el interés por el cuidado ambiental tanto en nuestros jóvenes como en la ciudadanía.
Estos resultados no hubieran sido posibles sin el acompañamiento de todas las personas y empresas que hacen posible que Reciduca sea lo que es.
